Unbroken: Indigenous Peoples Today
Warm Goodbyes
Everyone says goodbye to Elder Arthur Apodaca after he shares his some of his stories.
One of the things that I admire most about Native cultures are the ways that the younger generations respect their Elders. This respect isn't born from discipline, but through genuine appreciation. Most Natives know that their Elders have fought for their rights in the past and will also regularly approach them for guidance to learn more about their history and traditions.
